We wanted to share the recipe for our Elderflower Spritz with you now that summer is finally in full swing. This drink is very refreshing and light, with delicate floral notes from the St Germain Elderflower Liqueur. It is best enjoyed al fresco on a warm evening.

Elderflower Spritz

40ml — St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
15ml — 42 Below Vodka
75ml — Prosecco
Top up glass with sparkling water

Add all the ingredients to a white wine glass filled with ice. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
