Christmas is Coming

Christmas is well on its way, and it’s time to get planning.

From Friday 1st December, both our restaurants will be serving up festive menus, including a “Grand Marnier & Gingerbread Souffle, with chantilly cream and citrus sauce” at The Cross and “Baron Bigod, melted over a malted waffle with winter truffle and Bournville honey” at Simpsons.

As always, both Simpsons and The Cross are available for private hire and can also host larger tables in our private dining rooms if you’re looking for something more intimate. Simpsons has two special party menus available, so please contact our team directly to discuss your booking.

Our Soko Advent Calendar

This year, our talented team of chocolatiers at Soko have created a beautiful advent calendar packed full of artisanal chocolates. Behind each door, you’ll find a delightful treat made from the finest chocolate in delicious festive flavour combinations.

We will be shipping our calendars on Monday 20th & Monday 27th November for arrival within 48 hours. They will also be available to purchase from Simpsons at The Cross or to collect from our Soko workshop from 20th November, Monday – Friday, 8am – 3pm.

Our Famous Beef Wellingtons

Learn our Secrets at Eureka Kitchen

After last year’s sold-out event, we will once again be hosting a Beef Wellington Masterclass at our state-of-the-art cookery school, Eureka, on Saturday 9th December. Join us for a tour of the Simpsons kitchen and an immersive class, learning how to make one of our signature dishes before sitting down to a two-course lunch with wine at our chef’s table. Guests will be able to take their Wellingtons home to enjoy over the festive period.

Entertaining this festive season? Order our Antona at Home Beef Wellingtons for Christmas or New Year’s Eve, and let us do the cooking. All you need to do is reheat our signature dish in the oven and add any sides of your choosing. It couldn’t be simpler.
